At, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept replacement requests within 24 hours of delivery if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacements will be issued for the same product only.

Please ensure you notify us about the issue within 24 hours by emailing at info@zaidinfotech.in with your order details and images of the damaged product. Once your request is approved, the replacement will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not allowed. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase. For any concerns, our support team is available to assist you.
